Sukhbir Singh Badal’s biography is full of political and private life achievements. He is an Indian politician who is the current Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab, which he held from 2009 to 2017. He is also the president of the Shiromani Akali Dal, and he has served in parliament.
Sukhbir Singh Badal has been a member of the 11th and 12th Indian Parliaments. During 1998-1999, he was Minister of State for Industry in the Vajpayee Ministry. Sukhbir Singh Badal is the son of Parkash Singh Badal. Parkash Singh Badal is an Indian politician who was the chief minister of Punjab state from 1997 to 2002, from 2007 to 2017, and from 2017 until now. The Sikh-centered regional political party president is called the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).
He is the chief patron of the Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) party. Through his influence, the SAD has grown to be the second-largest party in the North Indian state of Punjab. The Government of India awarded him the second-highest civilian award, the Padma Vibhushan, in 2015.
Badal was born into a farming family in western Punjab state and earned a B.A. in economics from Forman Christian College in Lahore, both in what is now Pakistan. His first foray into politics was in 1947 when he was elected the village leader.
He left the Congress Party a few years later over differences with the chief minister of Punjab, and he joined the Shiromani Akali Dal. He was elected to the Punjab legislative assembly as a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal in 1957.

Sukhbir Singh Badal’s daughter Gurleen Badal who is nineteen years old, said she registered to vote in the upcoming panchayat or parliamentary elections. Her older sister Harkirat Badal had voted in 2014 for the first time during her mother’s campaign for an open seat in Parliament.

When the wisdom of age unites with the energy of youth, the country stands tall. Meanwhile, the clan’s oldest voter, Parkash Singh Badal, age 91, looked forward to voting again in the upcoming elections. His wife Mohinder Kaur is a member of the SAD’s women’s wing and was a candidate in the last by-election.
